It’s starting to feel like summer, or close to it, and the library staff are working behind the scenes to get ready for the Summer Reading Program! It starts on June 10 and lasts until August 15. It’s still May though so here are the highlights of what’s coming.
May has our school year weekly programs of After-School Adventures, Storytime, LEGOs, DIY Crafts, and Game Night until May 15. After that, there will be a break where only Game Night will continue on Thursdays, including a special end of the school year party on May 29!
For monthly programs, there is Adult Crafting on Thursday, May 1 at 6:00, Teen Night: Trivia Night on Monday, May 12 at 3:15pm, and Book Club is on May 19 at 6:30. The Book Club is reading “Raised by Wolves” by James Patterson. Copies of the book can be picked up at the Library.
The Library will be closed Saturday, May 24 through Monday, May 26 in observance of Memorial Day.
