DESCRIPTION:Join Ms. Hannah, Youth Services Librarian at CPL and State of WI Certified Wild Mushroom Identifier, at 7 Maples Nature Area to learn about foraging! We will talk about what foraging is, it’s history, and what we might find on our walk. Then we will go on a self-paced walk through 7 Maples and look for edible wild foods. We will meet and discuss our finds after the walk. All ages are welcome, kids under the age of 13 need to be accompanied by an adult 18 years old or older. Please bring bug spray and sun screen.
