Summer is done, school is back in session, and the library is now past the system migration. Despite the changes, we are looking forward to some unique programming this month along with our weekly and monthly school year offerings.
You can look forward to a special presentation on Forensic Science used in crime scene investigation by retired forensic analyst Bob Block. Bob will be putting on two presentations at 2:00pm and 6:00pm. The Waupaca County ADRC will be presenting on Medicare basics on Wednesday, September 23 at 5:00pm. To attend this program, please RSVP by calling Jennifer at 715-258-6341 by September 18. There is no school on Friday, September 4 and the Library will be showing the movie “Matilda” at 9:30am.
For our monthly programming, there is a new Bilingual Storytime which will happen on the second Thursday each month at 11:30am. Adult Craft Night returns the first Thursday, September 3 at 6:00pm with Mini Diamond Art. There’s also the Library’s monthly book club on Monday, September 21 at 6:30pm.
The Library’s weekly school year programming returns with After-School Adventures on Mondays at 3:15pm, Storytime on Tuesdays at 10:00am, LEGO Club on Tuesdays at 3:15pm, DIY Crafts on Wednesdays at 3:15pm, and Game Night on Thursdays at 3:15pm.
Lastly, the Library will be closed Saturday, September 5 through Monday, September 7 in observance of Labor Day.
